Our Community Pillar is underpinned by the Adinkra symbol AYA which means fern” and symbolises ”endurance, resourcefulness”, this speaks to our values of Community – honouring our world family through service and Creativity – influenced by indigenous African & contemporary practices.
At TAP we understand the importance of MAAT and that we seek to be an organisation that delivers truth, justice and harmony amongst the African and African diaspora communities we serve. We envision a future where TAP play a pivotal role in the development and co-creation of culturally specific and competent community value spaces and activities that help our under represented communities achieve and thrive.
