Daniel Davidson

Daniel Kofi Davidson Born in the UK from parents of Jamaican decent, moved to Manchester in 1997 from London to find his own identity.

Daniel volunteered at the power house until he adopted a lead role in the young people’s empowerment group, advocating and becoming a voice for the youth of the moss side and hulme community.

After gathering the experience he needed. Then moved to become a successful resettlement office, re-housing hundreds of young people primarily off the streets of Manchester between 2006- 2019

With this time, Daniel has shown dedication and commitment in various community initiatives such as the Jamaican society international delegates , board of directors at peace fm & directors of black can in which we help launch and secure Manchester grime artist raw t to the last Tony Wilson record label.

Since 2013 Daniel has become a member of the stop the maangimizi we charge genocide ecocide campaign which he then chairs the Manchester reparatory justice forum.

Daniel has completed one of the most comprehensive african heritage and black history courses in the world, written and taught by Robin walker.

Daniel is father and a grandfather and is proudly committed to act upon his cultural responsibilities.
